Throughout the year, the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas presents several events to raise awareness about child abuse prevention and to increase funding to make sure the critical services that we provide to children and families remain free of charge.
The annual Designer Purse Bingo event is Galentines this year! Bringing together women across Central Texas to this event assists in ending the child of child abuse in our community. This event will feature prizes, purses, lite refreshments, a silent auction, raffles, and of course - bingo! More information will be released soon.
The Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas is back for its annual Divine Desserts Gala on July 22, 2023, at the Mayborn Convention Center. This year's event is complete with dinner, drinks, dancing, and the silent and live auctions you've come to know and love- and don't forget the exquisite dessert buffet. More details will be posted about the event as they become available. Until then save the date for July 22, 2023; the Divine Desserts Gala is the sweetest fundraiser in Central Texas- you don't want to miss out!
The annual blue envelope campaign is the CACCT's largest direct ask fundraiser that happens at the beginning of the giving season that works in conjunction to increase awareness and prevention related to child abuse. Blue envelopes are sent out across Central Texas and online to spread awareness and save children from abusive situations.
The Back 2 School event provides brand new shoes, backpacks, and school supplies to existing clients of the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas in preparation for the new school year. If you are looking for a way to give back and help a child who has experienced trauma start their school year out right please get involved.
Through our Adopt-A-Child program, we deliver presents and basic necessities to families at our annual Hope for the Holidays event. This special event ensures that a child who has experienced trauma has a bright and special holiday with the help of the community and corporate partners. If you are looking for a way to give back to a child during a difficult time, please get involved. Please contact Kasey Frye at email@example.com or 254-651-1104.
Without community support, we would not be able to provide a child-friendly atmosphere and effective, comprehensive services to children and families. By hosting your own event, you can help the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas (CACCT). The financial contributions aid our children, and you contribute to raising awareness about child abuse. Contact Debra Longley at 254-296-8889 or firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
