Central Texas’s Full Circle of Child Advocacy Support
When a child or family faces abuse, it’s hard to know where to turn. At CACCT, you’ll find every essential service—under one roof—so you never have to navigate this journey alone. Our experienced team coordinates the full circle of care, guiding families from the first call through healing, justice, and beyond. Every program is local, free of charge, and designed for Central Texas.
Forensic Interviews
When an investigation begins, a child’s safety and voice come first. Our trained specialists conduct gentle, one-time interviews in a child-friendly setting. These sessions are recorded to protect the child from repeated questioning, giving law enforcement and CPS the information they need—while helping families take the first step toward healing.
Every family is paired with a dedicated advocate who guides you through the entire process—answering questions, coordinating appointments, and connecting you to vital resources. From navigating paperwork to emotional support, our advocates stand by your side so you can focus on your child’s well-being.

Therapy Services
Healing takes time, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our licensed therapists provide trauma-focused counseling tailored for children and non-offending caregivers. Sessions are confidential, compassionate, and available at no cost for as long as needed.
The best way to protect children is to prevent abuse before it happens. CACCT leads community-wide training for parents, schools, and youth groups—teaching the warning signs, how to respond, and how to build safer environments for all kids.

All Services Are Local and Free
We serve children and families in Killeen, Temple, Belton, Coryell County, Milam County, and Fort Hood—offering every program at no cost, thanks to community support and donor generosity. Last year alone, CACCT provided over 5,000 critical services to families across Central Texas.
A Big-Picture Approach Healing and Justice
At CACCT, every service is integrated. Most families begin with a forensic interview, supported by their Family Advocate. Therapy may follow, ensuring a path to emotional recovery, while our prevention team continues to empower the entire community. Our approach reduces trauma, increases access to justice, and ensures no family slips through the cracks.
