Throughout the year, the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas presents several events to raise awareness about child abuse prevention and to increase funding to make sure the critical services that we provide to children and families remain free of charge.
The Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas is back for its annual Divine Desserts Gala on July 16 at 7PM at the Mayborn Convention Center. This year's event is complete with dinner, drinks, dancing, and the silent and live auctions you've come to know and love- and don't forget the exquisite dessert buffet. The theme this year is "Sweet Celebrations" as we look back at the last 25 years of providing hope, healing, and justice for abused children in our area. Proceeds from this event further the mission of the CACCT to provide comprehensive services for child victims and child abuse prevention in Central Texas. The Divine Desserts Gala is the sweetest fundraiser in Central Texas- you don't want to miss out!

The annual blue envelope campaign is the CACCT's largest direct ask fundraiser that happens at the beginning of the giving season that works in conjunction to increase awareness and prevention related to child abuse. Blue envelopes are sent out across Central Texas and online to spread awareness and save children from abusive situations.
The Back 2 School event provides brand new shoes, backpacks, and school supplies to existing clients of the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas in preparation for the new school year. Without community support, we would not be able to provide a child-friendly atmosphere and effective, comprehensive services to children and families. By hosting your own event, you can help the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas (CACCT). The financial contributions aid our children, and you contribute to raising awareness about child abuse. Contact Debra Longley at 254-296-8889 or debra@cacct.com to get started.
